Duration: Permanent

Hours: 40 Hours p/w Monday to Friday with availability for on-call outside of normal working hours.

Role and Responsibilities
- Routine road maintenance of activities.
- Winter maintenance activities.
- Install, maintain & removal of temporary traffic management.

Requirements:
- Full, clean ‘B’ Driving license essential.
- Full, clean ‘C’ Driving license preferred.
- Traffic Management experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in Civil Construction or Motorway/Road Maintenance desirable.

Role & Responsibilities
Network Inspection Supervisor & Insurance Recovery Coordinator will ensure high standards, accuracy, and efficiency in inspection data management while supporting system improvements and rollouts. This role involves collaboration with the Data/RMMS Manager, providing supervision and support to the Network Inspectors, and overseeing the insurance recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Data Manager, ensuring accurate RMMS updates, data validation, and system improvements.
- Supervise & support Network Inspectors in meeting contract requirements efficiently.
- Manage RMMS inspection programming, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Attend meetings and provide relevant updates.
- Coordinate insurance recovery for damages and KPI reporting.
- Conduct inspections as needed.
- Perform on-call duties if required.

Requirements
- Full, clean ‘B’ Driving license essential
- Relevant Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent preferable.
- Understanding and practical knowledge of supervising lone worker teams along with data quality control who is adept in stakeholder liaison, health & safety regulations and coordination of programmed work and costs preparation for claims.
- Meticulous approach to administration and record keeping
- 5 years of operations and maintenance experience – an advantage
- Winter maintenance experience an advantage
- Traffic management experience an advantage
- GIS software experience an advantage
- MS Project experience an advantage
- Excellent communication and IT skills

Role and Responsibilities
· Direct report to CFO of Globalvia Ireland.
· The definition and supervision of procedures and internal accounting standards, to ensure correct allocation of costs in order to provide of a proper analysis of the current financial situation of Globalvia Jons Ltd.
· Managing purchases made within Globalvia Jons Ltd in accordance with bid comparisons of suppliers and budgets.
· Preparation and settlement of bi-monthly VAT reports.
· To ensure that all statutory and regulatory obligations and commitments are met in relation to management of the company finances.
· Typical month end tasks (accruals, reconciliations, etc)
· AR Invoicing
· Monthly Supplier Payment Runs
· Manage all RCT filings and payments in ROS
· To monitor performance against financial and operational targets and produce monthly management reports.
· Financial statements / reports to management.
· To ensure that appropriate financial controls are in place for the business.
· Assist CFO with internal and external audits and annual financial statement preparation.
· Contribute to the project team in relation to all finance issues.
· The drafting of procedures for Finance and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
· Must be pursuing an ACCA or CPA qualification.
· Minimum two years of experience in an Accountancy Practice or other relevant position.
· Proficient IT skills.
· Knowledge of up-to-date Accounting standards.
Preferred skills
· Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
· High level of numeric accuracy & attention to detail.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP 4Hana.
